My full name is Clifford Boyd Rodman. I began my music venture with piano lessons at the tender age of 11. I hated them! But my mother said she would kick my butt if i didn't go. So, I went. I learned the basics in few years. Later talked her into a guitar which she ordered from the Sears and Roebuck Catalog. It was a $16.00 Silvertone acoustic. My fingers bleed for weeks and weeks and . As a young man played and sang in church. In the late 70s i had moved to Tennessee and played with one of the best banjo players there, Ronnie Collins. But always kept my music fun, never work. I still keep it fun today. I have no fans, only friends. No desire to be a star, You can't get close to a star. They are cold and far away. I prefer to be a candle, unclose and personal. I will remain a candle. Thank you, Cliff.
